Yoga

I started doing yoga at the beggining of this year. It's been hard stick with it like I've wanted to throughout the year. I also haven't done the way I wanted to. But either way I have to say it's made many aspects of my life better. I may light candles, spend 20 minutes doing a routine on my mat or more often than not may opt for a few stretches in bed instead. Either way I have been sleeping better and can really tell a difference if I don't do any yoga. 

I have also been more relaxed, more calm and its something for me to turn to in times of stress or even anger. I feel like I've just been able to fair life a lot better since I have started practicing yoga. I use the Yoga With Adriene videos on youtube as a guide. It has a lot of 5-10 min videos which I love when I'm busy or don't feel that motivated. 

I have also have noticed being in less pain, plus if I am experiencing pain for whatever reason, good example is back pain, I can find a yoga video specifically for that!  

If you want to start doing yoga, I say go for it but don't push yourself too hard. I currently have a big white dog in my lap trying to do yoga who is also demanding my attention so...
