MAKEUP FAVORITES: BRUSHES

So I decided to show you some of my favorite brushes because you guys seem to really like the makeup posts and sometimes it's hard to find nice, fairly affordable brushes. So let's start with liner and brows!

LINER/BROWS: I use this brush for liner and brows both! (Not the same one that's icky!) I have a silver circle on my brow brush so I can tell the difference. I wanted to start with E.l.f (Eyes, Lips, Face) because this is what I use to achieve that sharp liner and sharp angled brows and it is a WHOPPING $3!! My liner brush is broken, but you'd never know, its broken only because I've had it for a bit.

CONCEALER: Now this is my concealer brush, I did use an elf one at one time, but honestly like this much better. It also has an angled brush on the other end, which I use to darken up liner if need be. I use a blending brush from e.l.f to blend it out as well as my shadows.

CONTOURING: I use the flat brush for contour (e.l.f) and the fluffy one for blending out the contour and my highlighter as well. I do not wear foundation so this is all that goes on my face.

EYESHADOW: I use the Eco eyeshadow brushes for all my shadows, unless it's glitter, then I use a small little brush I got from a W7 palette. W7 was originally a UK makeup company, but I have been spotting them in TJ MAXX a lot lately. I just searched them and they now have a US store. *Tip: if you want nice Urban Decay dupes, shop W7. I started using their NAKED palette dupes years ago when I purchased a few off amazon for about $8 each. Anyway...as I was saying I use the Eco Bamboo brushes for eyeshadow, I believe these brushes run around $15? And you can usually buy a set.

XO
